1. Discovery Call
A short, informal conversation to understand your problem and see if we're the right fit.
What to expect: A 30–60 minute call where we listen. We'll ask about the challenge you're facing, how you handle it today (if at all), and what a better outcome would look like. No technical team needed at this stage - just the people who understand the problem.
Outcome: A shared understanding of the opportunity and a clear decision on whether to move forward together.
2. Solution Workshop
Once you're ready to move ahead, we go deeper into how the solution will actually work.
What to expect: One or two working sessions where we map out the process together - what happens today, what should happen in the future, which systems are involved, what data is needed, and how we'll keep things secure and compliant. We'll also ask you to share some information ahead of time, such as system access details and any compliance requirements, so the sessions are productive.
Outcome: A written scope that both sides agree to and sign off on - exactly what will be built, what's included, what's not, and how we'll measure success. This is the moment your project officially takes shape.
3. Build & Testing
With the scope agreed, our team gets to work building the solution.
What to expect: We build the workflow and test it thoroughly against real scenarios - not just the easy cases, but edge cases, unusual situations, and things that could go wrong. Where the work touches sensitive decisions, we build in checkpoints so a person stays in control. We keep you updated as we go, and if anything about the scope needs to change, we talk it through with you first.
Outcome: A solution that has been tested, refined, and validated against the goals we agreed on together.
4. Go-Live
Before anything goes live, it has to earn that right.
What to expect: We hold every solution to a consistent readiness standard before it touches your real workflows - checking accuracy, safety, and how it handles the unexpected. We won't call something ready until it meets that bar, and we'll walk you through the results so you can see exactly why we're confident in it.
Outcome: A solution running in your environment, with clear ownership and a plan for how it will be monitored.
5. Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement
Launch isn't the finish line - it's the start of getting better.
What to expect: We keep an eye on how the solution performs in the real world, and we use that information to make it better over time. Any changes are tested with the same rigor as the original build, so improvements never come at the cost of reliability.
Outcome: A solution that keeps earning its place in your business, with a partner who stays engaged after go-live.
